Portfolio
Four worlds, one sculpted light.
Welcome to my photographer portfolio near Paris. I’m Antoine Pierron, based in Beauchamp (95). This portfolio brings together four photographic worlds built around a single obsession: sculpted light in the service of the subject. Dance, portrait, sport, product — each discipline has its own grammar, and every image has an intention.
After 25 years of observing, advising on and practising photography, I’ve developed a demanding approach to light: never decorative, always serving what it reveals. Whether I’m working in my studio in Beauchamp or in my mobile studio at my clients’ premises, the philosophy stays the same — building an image, never capturing it by chance.
Photographer portfolio near Paris — four worlds, one light
I’m Antoine Pierron, a photographer based in Beauchamp (95), near Paris. This portfolio brings together four photographic worlds built around a single obsession: sculpted light in the service of the subject. Dance, portrait, sport, product — each discipline has its own grammar, and every image has an intention.
Each world in this photographer portfolio near Paris follows its own logic, but the method stays the same: observe before pressing the shutter. Before every session, I take the time to talk with my clients to understand what they want to convey — an emotion, a professional posture, a precise movement. That conversation then guides all my technical choices: angle, framing and, above all, light.
My equipment (flashes, optical snoot, gobos) lets me sculpt precise lighting, whether I’m in my studio in Beauchamp or on location with my mobile studio. This flexibility is especially appreciated by sports clubs, dance companies and businesses that prefer a session at their own venue rather than travelling to a studio.
This work suits individuals as well as professionals and community organisations, with the same standard of quality whatever the project.
Dance — The moment technique becomes emotion. I photograph classical, contemporary and urban dancers, in the studio and outdoors. Movement frozen or suggested, light that reveals the gesture. I’ve had the chance to work with several dancers and companies in the region, on choreographed sessions as well as more intimate studio portraits.
Portrait — A successful portrait isn’t flattering, it’s true. Artists, professionals, private clients — I look for what is real in every face. Studio in Beauchamp, directional light, a range of backdrops. Every session begins with a conversation: understanding who you are before working out how to light you. Whether it’s a corporate portrait for LinkedIn, a brand image for an artist, or simply a meaningful personal keepsake, the goal remains the same: to reveal a presence, not just record a face.
Sport — Effort, focus, going beyond your limits. Images that capture the intensity without betraying it. Individual athletes and clubs in Val-d’Oise and Île-de-France, particularly in volleyball, where I regularly work on team sessions and individual player portraits.
Product — The same rigour applied to materials. Controlled reflections, finishes revealed, visuals that sell. Packshots and styled shots for craftspeople and small businesses who want images worthy of their expertise. I’ve notably worked on series for Normandy craft ciders, where each bottle becomes a subject in its own right — light playing on the glass, the label brought out, an atmosphere that tells the story of the region.
